Dude, Letter - Deck

***Each deck comes with a complimentary sheet of Jessup grip tape. You can switch out for AmGrip for a $6-$7 upgrade***

**We are unable to assemble complete skateboards**

If you can't hit that switch tre in a game of skate, at least you can use this deck to get a quick laugh. Also has some potential if you're contestant on Wheel of Fortune.

This deck has a standard concave. It's been tested by many and skates great! Free Jessup grip with every deck! If you're skating around for trick or treating this year, this deck will pull in extra candy fo sho!

We actually end up paying slightly more than we charge when it comes to shipping so most of the time we ship Parcel post to keep costs down for both you and me! Normally it takes about 5 business days for the decks to reach you. Maybe 6 or 7, if you live on the west coast. As long as we have everything we need in stock, we send your package out within 24 hours of receiving your order!

Unfortunately shipping is fairly expensive outside the US. However most of the time the total is still less than it normally is for a board in your country. Sorry if the prices seem high, but we don't make the postal prices!

**ATTENTION** Please be aware that if you live in the EU you may be charged a VAT tax upon import. Please consult your local post office to see the rate for your country as it varies from country to country.

    The First

Posted by Kyle Westcott on 30th Mar 2017

This was the first Revive Deck I had originally decided on buying but then fall 2016 line up dropped and I couldn't resist the Blue/White Sketch. I did end up buying this though, with a few extra decorative options. Thank you all. I truly appreciate the extra time and effort. Best decks I've ever skated, despite not skating this one for "artistic" reasons involving a taco.

Took exactly Seven days to get my deck and it is amazing! I can't say how happy I am with it, the pop is crazy good and concave is just right. I will be buying my next deck here for sure!

It was for the best. 8.25 is a game changer for me.

TL;DR: Good concave, fresh pop, and good price. Get this board.

This board has a high quality feel to it and so I'm going to stick with Revive's boards and more specifically the 8.25" board. I bought this board because it was on sale for 30 dollars. I don't care about the graphic design and if the paint comes off then GOOD -- because I'm not particularly fond of this "Dude I'll just take a letter" text anyways; I just like the board width, excellent wood quality, and awesome price.

After three months of skating (I'm new), I moved up to this 8.25" deck along with 8.25 inch Krux trucks from an 8" Doug Des Autels deck (also an awesome board) equipped with size 139 independent trucks; I transferred the wheels and bearings (spitfire's that are now about 48 mm from what used to be 55mm and bones reds bearings) from the 8" setup.

MY FEET LOVE the new setup. The most noticeable and enjoyable difference between the old and new setup is the feeling of the concave; The concave for this 8.25" deck feels more comfortable in comparison to the 8" deck; the 8" deck felt like I was standing on beams/rafters in an attic. In other words, I felt less stable on the 8" deck. While cruising around, finding my foot placement, pivoting, sliding, kick-turning and attempting manuals -- the 8.25" deck is very forgiving and very solid; I feel that I can get my foot position quicker, and, my balance is better on this board. Another thing about this board: It's probably the bushings on the new trucks but perhaps it's the combination of everything together but -- this board isn't as loud as my previous setup and feels 'soft' somehow; I can't explain it fully but it feels good. Like... lets say I kick-turn or finish a manual and the 8" hits the ground -- it makes a loud high tone sound along with strong vibration felt in my feet. But this new setup has a low and soft muffled sound and much less vibration ... *shruggs* I'm just saying how it feels and sounds -- with this particular setup; it feels strangely good and the damp sound just keeps me wondering why lol.

By the way, I'm 5'10 @ 185 lbs and wear size 10 (Men) shoes (just saying).

Regarding my ollies on this board -- they are the same; I can still ollie the same height as I have before on my 8" deck (20~24 inches high). This leads me to believe the ollie has more to do with the skater's skill/technique and less to do about a piece of wood. But I'm not gunna lie; that new board 'pop' just sounds so fresh and feels so good -- but the ollie is still the same height lol. It definitely does psych me out though -- like -- motivates me to get out there and keep going and at 30 dollars ... YES PLEASE!

    On a personal note: I am happy that I can ollie up and down curbs and ride around town with speed and am not picky to ride rough pavement for long distances (I just consider it 'leg' workout day in cases of long commutes on rough pavement). However, I still have a long way to go with getting my ollies higher but I'm never going to stop learning and improving (and I really need to improve because nothing around town is 2ft high; it's either curbs at 2~8 inches or benches that are almost 3ft high which leaves me right now at curbs only!!);

TL;DR: Good concave, fresh pop, and good price. Get this board.

    Really nice deck

Posted by Julius on 30th Jan 2016

I just got the deck a few days ago and so far I love it. The feel of the board is nice, the pop is amazing, and the concave is good. But, there is only one con. The graphic gets torn or worn off really easily, after 2 days of skating it, the graphic was already coming off. If this weren't an issue I would've rated it 5 stars. So if you're looking for a deck because of the graphic. I really wouldn't recommend revive. But overall the board is great. I'm in love with it and I'm proud to support revive.

This board is awesome! Huge pop, strong as steel, and just generally rad! The mild concave with perfectly angled kick tails make kick flips and varials a breeze. Plies their graphics are just plain perfect

    darn good

So i gotthe board in 3 business days because only a couple states away. When i got it i was stunned with the color and then nose in comparison to the Baker board i had was much larger and more square but thats awesome because more real estate is good on any deck imo. The graphic on the rail started to wear off a bit from landing upside down but i dont care bc its just a skateboard and i want to continue to support the awesome dudes at Revive! Great pop as well.
